February is notoriously known for romance, Cupid’s arrows, and chocolates as millions across the globe celebrate, Valentine’s Day. And anyone who has been in store since the day after Christmas, can attest to the endless aisles filled with red, white and pink décor. 

As we start this month with the thoughts of love and appreciation in the air, I kindly invite you to not forget about yourself. 

Self-love is not selfish, it is essential. It is all about accepting your emotions and putting your physical, emotional, and mental well-being first. 

When you hold yourself in high esteem, you are more likely to choose things that nurture and serve you well.
